Australia powered by Shane Watson, gathered further momentum with a thrashing of South Africa by eight wickets in the Super Eight stage of cricket's World Twenty20 in Sri Lanka. Tournament top-scorer Shane Watson continued his impressive form with both bat (70 off just 47 runs) and ball (two wickets for 29). Australia have now won both their Super Eight games while South Africa are on the brink of elimination having lost both their matches.
